So far, my favorite thing about working at CVM is the people. Everybody I have worked under or alongside with has been accommodating and understanding of my background and work experience. This takes a lot of the pressure away from being a new engineer while still being exposed to challenging projects.

  1. What is your favorite way to stay on track with work while working from home?

Working from home definitely provides interesting challenges, but I find listening to classical music in the background helps eliminate the unnatural silence while working.

    1. What is your favorite thing about working at CVM so far?

The thing that I love about CVM is the variety in tasks and projects that we get to do. Within my first months of hire itself, I’ve been given opportunity to involve in a slew of projects like designing footbridges, retrofitting structures, structural repair and even structural relocation project. Being able to involve in this wide spectrum of projects so soon is a privilege. And it’s also wonderful that all the people here are so friendly and welcoming.

    1. What is your favorite way to stay on track with work while working from home?

Well, my trick to focusing on work is by listening to some lo-fi beats or some other mild music so that it could help keep my mind calm and let me concentrate on my work.
