New CVM Project Features in the Inquirer

In her most recent column, Philadelphia Inquirer architecture critic Inga Saffron called the Hamilton Court Amenity Building, a new project in Philadelphia for which CVM provided structural engineering, a “delightful surprise.” The 9,200 SF structure offers ground-floor retail space, a gym, pool/hot tub and two terraces to the residents of Hamilton Court, a 105-unit apartment complex built in 1901. Designed by Coscia | Moos Architecture, the exterior of the building is defined by the geometrically-complex, multiple pane aluminum perforated veil.
