L. Robert Schaeffer, PE
Rob leads CVM’s structural engineering practice, specializing in architecturally significant new, renovation, and adaptive re-use building projects. He thrives in the creative collaborative design process and his expertise leads to elegant solutions for complex projects. With undergraduate and Master’s degrees in Engineering from Carnegie Mellon and Drexel Universities, Mr. Schaeffer guest lectures at the University of Pennsylvania, Drexel University and Temple University for their graduate level architecture and landscape architecture programs. He was also a contributing author to the book Green Roof Systems by Susan K. Weiler and Katrin Scholz-Barth.
