Cornell University, Rand Hall

With a plan to renovate Rand Hall and create a new Fine Arts Library, Cornell was interested in finalizing a budget for envelope repair and restoration. CVM conducted a feasibility study of window rehabilitation and replacement options, while adding improvements to accommodate a conditioned interior space.

Considerations were made for the requirements of the fine art library program, energy efficiency and the existing fenestration system. Cost estimates formed the basis for capital funding requirements.
