CVM was retained by the Asset Management group of an REIT after acquiring a large commercial property with two 2,000 vehicle parking decks.  A comparison of their due-diligence report with actual conditions revealed an order-of-magnitude shortfall in the financial commitment to address deterioration.  CVM was subsequently retained to design, manage and oversee corrective restorations.
