Foreclosure on a high rise commercial property with multi-level parking on the lower 6 floors presented challenges to prepare the facility for resale.  Incomplete and unclear restoration options presented through customary due-diligence channels led to CVM’s involvement.  CVM’s focus on defining repair options in terms of service life expectations allowed the client to select and implement strategies that met their financial constraints.
