We are pleased to announce that Temple University’s Mitchell and Hilarie Morgan Hall has been shortlisted for a 2016 International Architecture Award by The Plan. A student life complex including a 27-story residential tower, a mid-rise residential tower, a mid-rise dining pavilion and a landscaped terrace above a below-grade parking garage, Morgan Hall was nominated in the “Housing” category.
Designed by MGA Partners Architects and OLIN, CVM served as structural engineer for the project, which was completed in 2013. This would be the fifth award for Morgan Hall, which has already been recognized by AIA Philadelphia, AIA Pennsylvania and Ceramics of Italy.
