The Nutley School District first turned to CVM after they discovered distressed masonry on one of their elementary schools. CVM worked closely with the District to stabilize two of the schools, and subsequently developed a comprehensive envelope restoration program for all seven of their school buildings.  CVM acted as the façade restoration consultant during a multi‐year capital repair program
