CVM designed and executed a complete facade restoration for Locust Point Residences that included replacing the original steel-framed hopper windows with custom aluminum framed, insulated glass units.

The new window units were selected from a series of impressive mockups, representing an excellent aesthetic match, while enhancing energy performance, and most importantly, meeting the approval of the Philadelphia Historical Commission.
