Rowan’s Central Heating Plant was built as a showcase for then-current (1960s) technology, using an architecturally exposed steel and glass enclosure.

CVM was retained to examine re-cladding curtainwall systems options and then designed a system to complement the modern streetscape that has evolved on this major campus thoroughfare.
