After completing facade assessments of eleven campus buildings, CVM then worked closely with an outside roofing consultant and collaborated with Swarthmore’s Facilities Management team to integrate the exterior envelope inventory and prioritized repair recommendations into a campus-wide, multi-year capital planning document. The planning document forms the basis for reports to the trustees, and informs funding requests for annual program initiatives.
