CVM performed a facade survey of this dormitory complex, including an updated assessment of roofing and windows, culminating in the compilation of a comprehensive summary report that provides the Facilities & Real Estate Services Department with a prioritized list of repair and renewal needs. The report is broken down by house, with annotated plans and elevations to accompany the cost estimate summaries. CVM also designed and oversaw repair and renewal projects on seven houses.
