CVM was selected through a national search of parking structures restoration consultants to develop a ten-year, comprehensive program to renew and maintain Georgia Tech’s 13 multi‐level parking structures, containing over 7,500 spaces. The Georgia Tech Department of Transportation & Parking worked closely with CVM to tailor a prioritized multi‐year capital repair program that supported annual funding requests. Annual inspections were conducted on all decks, assessing the effectiveness of repair programs and informing updates and reprioritization of a sliding 10‐year capital planning program.
