Informed by the findings of an exploratory probing and testing program, CVM developed a phased restoration program to address the failing post-tensioned reinforcing system of this multi-story deck. Several phasing options were considered, balancing operational impact and funding demands, achieving a balance that is being executed between 2014 and 2019.
