A commercial tenant’s rental agreement obligating them to maintain a roof level parking deck atop their store led to the engagement of CVM to evaluate proposed repair plans.  CVM’s strategies were utilized through a negotiated turnkey agreement with a repair contractor to effectively waterproof the deck, maintaining their lease obligation and protecting their store contents.
