Comprehensive repair/restoration program for two 2,100 car parking structures.  Repairs included expansion joint replacement, rebuilding stair towers and membrane coatings for the steel-framed garage.  The cast-in-place concrete waffle slab garage required extensive concrete removal/replacement.
