CVM prepared construction documents and specifications for a comprehensive structural repair program consisting of connection repairs to the precast concrete frame resulting from behavioral deficiencies in the original design.  Additional aspects of the program included expansion joint structural and waterproofing repairs, overall waterproofing repairs and replacement of double tee bearing pads.

The repairs were successfully implemented through a phased program that re-routed traffic flow but maintained parking throughout the program.
