Misplaced tendon cables in concrete beams resulted in extensive end region cracking under service deadload.  An alternate solution was developed to encapsulate the beam ends in lieu of the more costly and disruptive option of partial demolition to reposition the unbonded post tension tendons.  Additional shear reinforcing was installed, effectively reinforcing the members to support their original design capacity with minimal interruption to garage operations.
