CVM provided structural engineering for a new office for Philadelphia landscape architecture firm DAVID RUBIN Land Collective. Recently featured on the website Office Snapshots, the project was designed by dMAS Architects with construction by CVMNEXTÂ Construction.
The project is a renovation of a two-story, 4,500 SF building in Philadelphia’s Old City District. The bright, open space fosters collaboration, and the rear garage door opens to the courtyard during warm-weather seasons. For more information and photos, see the Office Snapshots website.
