CVM is serving as the Envelope Commissioning Agent for two new facilities on Rowan University’s campus in Glassboro, NJ: a 90,000 SF addition to the school’s College of Engineering Building (above), and a new, 97,000 SF academic facility for the College of Business. Both buildings incorporate sustainable design principles and target a LEED Silver rating. The College of Engineering addition is expected to be completed in the 2016-2017 academic year, while the College of Business building is expected to be completed sometime in spring of 2017.
