Kevin Coll is a licensed professional engineer with over ten years of construction materials laboratory experience, and over thirteen years of professional design and construction experience. While at CVM, Mr. Coll has acted as the lead engineer for a number of building diagnostic, forensic and construction management projects, serving a variety of commercial and institutional clients, including Vassar College, Bryn Mawr College, Lafayette College, Georgia Institute of Technology and the Wells Fargo Spectrum & Center. He has considerable expertise in leak diagnosis and mitigation. Complementing this project experience, Kevin is actively involved in the development of new building envelope testing standards within ASTM, and has served as a building envelope expert in litigation proceedings.
