CVM’s client was presented with condition evaluation reports undertaken by a parking operator / tenant, alleging widespread deterioration in several facilities covered by their operational lease.  As part of renewal negotiations, CVM engaged with the client and tenant’s engineer, resolving disparities between professional opinions and ultimately leading renewal efforts undertaken by the owner.
